Stormy Daniels' Memoir 'Full Disclosure' Will Be Released Next Month
Let me set the scene. It is several weeks ago, and I am in a bar. The couple next to me are clearly on a first date; asking each other typical 'get-to-know-you' questions, sipping on frozen margaritas. On the wall nearby is a poster advertising the bar's 'Dark n' Stormy Daniels' drink, (I know) featuring a large image of Stormy Daniels next to photo of the rum-based cocktail.
The man on the date catches sight of this poster and begins practically weeping with mirth. It is evident that to him, this is the height of comedy. But reader, it gets worse. He then proceeds to turn to his unfortunate date, gesture at the posture and ask "Do you know who that is?"
DOES SHE KNOW WHO STORMY DANIELS IS?
Bemused, the woman responds that yes, yes she does know, to which the man replies, without a hint of insincerity, "WOW, YOU'RE VERY UP TO DATE WITH CURRENT AFFAIRS."

My point in telling this anecdote is that Stormy Daniels has been front page news consistently over the past year due to her legal battle regarding a nondisclosure agreement which prevented her from discussing an alleged sexual relationship between herself and United States President, Donald Trump. Everybody knows who she is, and it is therefore not only enragingly condescending of this idiot man to assume that the woman he was speaking with would not know who one of the most talked about people in America was, but also quite bizarre given just how famous Daniels and her ongoing legal battle have become.
But hark! Unlikely feminist hero Daniels is set to garner even more attention, and reveal even more about her dealings with Trump and his cronies, as McMillan have just announced that they will release a memoir by Daniels (real name Stephanie Clifford) next month.
The book, entitled Full Disclosure, will tell “her whole story for the first time,” from her success in the adult film industry to her affair with Trump, and “the events that led to the nondisclosure agreement and the behind-the-scenes attempts to intimidate her.” Speaking about her motivation to write the book, Daniels explained that she had become exhausted with attempts to discredit her and allegations of her dishonesty, and so decided:
I'm going to write everything and include it, and people can think what they want about me. But at least it's the truth

The New York Times notes that Daniels writes “I own my story and the choices I made. They may not be the ones you would have made, but I stand by them.”
Daniels told CNN that when she learned that Trump's lawyer Michael Cohen, who is now facing eight criminal charges in relation to the situation, admitted that Trump had directed him to make the $130,000 hush payment to Daniels, she was overwhelmed. "I just broke down into sobs, because I didn't realize how much pressure I had felt. You know, people call me all kinds of names and who cares, but to be called a liar, and people not believe me for months and months. It was like so, yes! Vindicated! I felt like all this weight came off my shoulders."

I hope that the terrible man from the bar reads her book and REALIZES SHE IS MORE THAN JUST A COCKTAIL OR SEGWAY BY WHICH TO BE CONDESCENDING TO THE WOMAN YOU ARE ON A DATE WITH OH MY GOD TERRIBLE MAN FROM THE BAR.
