Stan Lee Created a Final Superhero with His Daughter Before Passing

Stan Lee created one last character with his daughter before he passed. J.C. Lee revealed in an interview with TMZ that their new superhero, Dirt Man, is in the works.

"The last little angel we’ve got tucked away is Dirt Man. And I said ‘Daddy, no clatter, no steel, no any of that. Let’s get down and dirty. Let’s do what’s going on and about love. Let’s do Dirt Man,’” J.C. said. “It’s very interesting and it’s not over yet. We still have a little trickery."

TMZ asked J.C. if a movie is currently in development. She explained that she hopes the project will reach that point. While J.C. couldn’t elaborate any further on the character, she mentioned that she is also creating a childhood literacy foundation in her father’s name.

“One reason Stan is ‘Stan the Man’ is he took his craft very seriously,” she said. “There’s a lot to be passed on to children about reading and writing, maybe doing competitions. We’re taking this as far as we can take it.”

Hopefully one day soon we’ll learn more about Stan Lee’s final gift to his fans. While nothing could have prepared us for his passing, it is comforting to see his legacy only continue to grow.
